  • Hotspot does not conduct background checks on users. Please exercise caution when interacting with others.

  • We are not responsible for any harm, disputes, or damages resulting from user interactions.

  • Always meet new people in public places and inform a friend about your plans.

Subscription & Payments 

  • Certain features may require a premium subscription.

  • Payments are processed through third-party services. Hotspot is not responsible for billing errors or disputes.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Termination of Account

Hotspot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and integrity of the platform.
